
HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI) announced that its Flight Support Group subsidiary, Wencor, has entered into an agreement to acquire EthosEnergy Accessories and Components, a leading provider of repair services for aeroderivative gas turbine engine accessories.
The deal, expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2026, remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
EthosEnergy Accessories operates across three facilities located in Connecticut, South Carolina, and Scotland, employing 175 people and managing over 175,000 square feet of leased space.
The company specializes in the repair and maintenance of critical components for gas turbine engines used in both aerospace and energy applications.
The acquisition is expected to be accretive to HEICO’s earnings within the first year after closing, complementing Wencor’s growing portfolio of aerospace aftermarket services.
By integrating EthosEnergy Accessories’ capabilities, HEICO strengthens its position in the turbine services market, expanding its global footprint and service offerings across North America and Europe.
